You remain focused on your photography while I provide the local knowledge, companionship and practical support that can help you discover places and situations you might otherwise miss.
A photographic day can also evolve as we go. If we discover an interesting location, subject or opportunity along the way, we can adapt the plan where practical.
Beyond Saigon Photography
Photography support can be arranged throughout Vietnam, extending the SaigonWith.Me photography service beyond Ho Chi Minh City.
After discussing your photographic plans, I can develop the local arrangements required for your assignment.

I suggest arranging a call, email or WhatsApp conversation so we can discuss your requirements in detail.
We can discuss your dates, destinations, photographic interests, locations or subjects you are interested in, the type of support you need and any specific logistical requirements.
This conversation allows us to understand the assignment, determine what needs to be arranged in advance, and establish the appropriate level of support and potential costs.
The photographic plan does not have to be completely fixed at this stage.
Do we need to have everything planned before I arrive?
No.
The initial conversation establishes the main objectives and practical requirements, but the photographic plan can remain flexible.
Photography often involves discovery.
Once we are on the ground, a location, subject, neighborhood or unexpected opportunity may lead somewhere different from what we originally discussed. Where practical, we can adapt the plan as the photographic day develops.
For remote locations or arrangements requiring transportation, accommodation, permissions or additional local support, however, more advance planning may be necessary.

Can you accompany me while I photograph?
Yes, depending on the destination and arrangement.

I am not there to direct your photography or tell you how to use your camera. You remain the photographer; I provide the local support.

Finding the right local person and coordinating the necessary arrangements takes time, and some locations simply cannot be properly arranged at the last minute.

Payment arrangements are confirmed when you book and depend on the type of photography service and assignment.
For photography support in Ho Chi Minh City, payment can be made in cash when we meet, unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance.
For online planning or advisory services, payment can be made by PayPal.
For assignments outside Ho Chi Minh City, any agreed photography support fee and additional third-party costs are confirmed before the assignment.
➤ Where do photography walks start in Ho Chi Minh City?
Photography walks generally start from an easy-to-reach central location in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
The exact meeting point is agreed in advance based on your photographic interests and planned route.
➤ Can you pick me up from my hotel in Ho Chi Minh City?
Hotel pickup in or near District 1 may be available, depending on the photography walk, location and planned route.
For longer photographic days, pickup arrangements can also be discussed in advance.
➤ Are food, drinks, entrance fees, or transportation included?
Unless specifically agreed, personal expenses such as food, drinks, entrance fees and local transportation are separate.
For assignments requiring additional transportation, accommodation, local Vietnamese tour guides, specialists or other third-party services, the expected costs will be discussed and agreed in advance.
➤ Can you guarantee access to a particular location or subject?
No.
Photography access can depend on weather, local regulations, permissions, opening hours, private property, local circumstances, and other factors outside my control.
I can research, plan, arrange, and coordinate the photographic assignment, but I cannot guarantee access to a particular location, person, event, or photographic subject.
Terms & Conditions
1. Traveler Responsibility
Travelers are expected to have valid healthcare and/or travel insurance and to be reasonably fit for the activities included in their selected service. Walking distances and physical requirements vary depending on the service and itinerary.
Personal safety, health, personal decisions, and belongings remain the traveler's responsibility throughout the service.
2. Conduct
Mutual respect and professionalism are expected at all times.
Aggressive, unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful behavior, or failure to comply with Vietnamese laws and regulations, may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
3. Companion, Planning & Local Support Role
SaigonWith.Me provides independent local companion, travel planning, and on-the-ground support services, focused on flexible and personalized experiences shaped around the traveler's interests and requirements.
Depending on the selected service, support may include local orientation, travel planning, location suggestions, logistical coordination, photography-related support, or coordination with appropriate local providers or specialists.
SaigonWith.Me does not operate as a tour operator or represent itself as a licensed tour guide service. Where a service requires a licensed guide, specialist, driver, or other third-party provider, such services may be arranged or coordinated separately.
The traveler remains responsible for personal decisions, activities, belongings, and safety throughout the service.
4. Third-Party Services & Local Arrangements
Where appropriate, SaigonWith.Me may help identify, recommend, coordinate, or arrange third-party services such as transportation, accommodation, venues, local specialists, photographers' support, or other providers.
Such providers operate independently, and their services are subject to their own terms, availability, pricing, and conditions.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, SaigonWith.Me is not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, delays, cancellations, or changes of third-party providers.
Any additional costs associated with third-party services are the traveler's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in advance.
5. Photography & Location Support
For photography-related services, SaigonWith.Me may provide local knowledge, location suggestions, logistical planning, timing advice, and on-the-ground coordination.
Photography access, permissions, permits, restrictions, opening hours, local regulations, weather conditions, and other circumstances may affect the ability to photograph a particular location or subject.
Where advance arrangements or specialist local support are required, SaigonWith.Me may assist with identifying and coordinating appropriate third-party providers. Availability and any associated costs will be discussed in advance where reasonably possible.
SaigonWith.Me does not guarantee access to, or the ability to photograph, any particular location, person, event, or subject.
6. Liability
SaigonWith.Me is not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, cancellation, change, or inconvenience arising from:

Third-party services, including transportation, accommodation, venues, vendors, or local providers;

Weather or environmental conditions;

Government restrictions, local regulations, strikes, closures, or changes in access;

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events; or

Decisions or actions taken independently by the traveler.
Any additional costs arising from such situations are the traveler's responsibility and, where applicable, are handled directly with the relevant third-party provider.
7. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due upon meeting on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Bookings are non-refundable once the service has commenced, including cases of early termination resulting from traveler conduct.
Where advance payment or third-party arrangements are required, the applicable payment and cancellation conditions will be communicated in advance.
